Questions about pricing
Do I pay per user?
No. The price is flat per organisation, and every paid business plan has unlimited users. There are no per-seat or per-learner fees and no minimum team size.
How does billing work?
Cyberact is a subscription, billed every month or every 12 months. Each billing period is charged at its start to the same payment method, until you cancel. If your 12-month subscription starts with a free trial, the first charge is made when the trial ends. You can change the billing period on the billing page. Monthly to 12 months takes effect at once: the 12-month price (−40%) is charged now, and the unused part of the current month is credited on the same invoice. 12 months to monthly takes effect at the end of the paid year, and you can cancel the switch before then. Switching the billing period is not a new purchase, so no trial comes with it. To change your plan, contact support@cyberact.io. 12 months costs 40% less than paying month by month. Business prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout. Individual prices include VAT at the rate of the buyer's country.
Does it renew automatically?
Yes. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel it. You can cancel any time from the billing page, and your access continues to the end of the paid period. After that you are on the free plan.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. As a new customer, you start a 12-month subscription with a 14-day free trial. A card is required, but nothing is charged until the trial ends: the first charge, the 12-month price (−40%), is made when the trial ends. If you cancel during the trial on the billing page, nothing is charged and your access ends when the trial ends. There is one trial per buyer: if you have had a Cyberact subscription or purchase before, you pay at once. The 1-month term has no trial. The free plan is something else: a limited version with the daily quiz and one lesson a day.
How do I start on the free plan?
Sign up yourself at app.cyberact.io: enter your email address, you get a confirmation code, and the account works straight away. No card is needed, and nobody else sees your progress.
What is the manager console demo?
On the Free and Platform plans you can explore the manager console with ready-made example data. The demo shows what the Platform + manager console + audit plan gives you, but it doesn't show your own organisation's data or report on it.
Can I buy Cyberact just for myself?
Yes. The Individual plan is the whole Platform library for one person: €6 a month on a 12-month subscription or €10 a month on a monthly one, VAT included. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. Choose "Show the individual plan" on this page to see it.
How do I pay?
Choose a plan and billing period on this page. The cart takes you to the secure checkout of Stripe, our payment provider, and Cyberact never sees your card details. After payment, an invitation to get started arrives by email.
Why a year, and not a month
An auditor asks what your staff have done over a period, not what they did last week. A year's term and a year's evidence are the same thing — so the discount isn't a trick to lock you in, it's the shape the reporting already has.
What isn't on the invoice
- No per-seat or per-learner fees. Unlimited users on every paid business plan.
- No setup fee, no onboarding fee and no minimum team size.
- No per-framework charge — every framework is in Platform + manager console + audit.
- English and Finnish are included in every plan, not a language pack. No other languages are offered.
- No cancellation fee. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it from the billing page, and your access continues to the end of the paid period.

Why the price is on this page
We teach that supplier risk is part of NIS2 Article 21(2)(d): you are expected to know who you are buying from and on what terms, and to be able to show it. It would be an awkward thing to teach while keeping our own price behind a form. So it is at the top of this page: one flat price for the organisation, unlimited users, the 12-month discount, and the fact that there is no setup fee and no minimum team size.
Asking for a quote is not a bad way to sell. It is a slower way to learn the same thing.
